“Helped us find the men needed. Unfortunately when we asked Mark and James to come back and do when small repair which started leaking shortly after they left. Arrangements made but they didn't turn up. I regret writing the first review”

“You need to becarful on this site as I've had good workers from this site and also really bad workers. The down side is if they mess up your house you can't really claim anything from the company and only form of contact with the department is email and they take ages to reply”

“Cristian did an ok job however he took longer than expected and he also sent his co worker to complete most of the work. Unfortunately my sink was left with a small leak, however his co worker came back to fix the leak but unsuccessfully. Overall the bathroom is not perfect but looks nice”

“It took months for someone to reply to my job. The system of the site to check if a quote is been provided and a job is been done is based on my confirmations only. No protection no payment systems, there are safer and more productive sites for the job.”

“Unfortunately 'myjobquote' insists upon putting in a minimum job fee on any posting, depending on what 'it thinks' the job is worth. This has resulted in me sending away a tradesman who genuinely thinks that a 'One hour rendering job' is worth £500 without even seeing the job (nice money if you can get it) ...... I will wait and see if another tradesman contacts me and is more sensible, but then I will go elsewhere and post the same job where they don't insist on stating a minimum fee when I post a job, a fee that every tradesman can see.”

“After my job remained on the board for quite a long time, I eventually received an approach from one local builder. In the absence of any other approaches, I reached agreement with him and he completed the job. I thought 'myjobquote' had a long list of builders from whom I could secure more than one quote for my relatively minor job. In this respect I was disappointed my expectations were not met.”
