“What a brilliant idea!! My LO loves the appearance of his cute fox potty and that makes him willing to use it, and he wants to try to carry it by the handle (when closed). It’s very secure to open, so little hands won’t manage to do so alone, and has a great seal; so once the adult closes it up, you can feel secure that you won’t end up with waste everywhere. It’s easy to empty, just remember to keep hold of both sides (husband nearly washes his feet yesterday! 🤣). In summary, I’m so glad this is a product on the market and had fast delivery, it’s a saviour when out and about, and even for after nursery when he’s been too shy to ask to go. Our next step is to ask for nursery to use his own fox potty during the day and see if that can help us get him over the line with staying dry there!

I followed the return directions to attempt to get the return label. I have not got any response although I sent the request twice and e mailed the customer support. NO RESPONSE.
