“The potty is good but the stickers and cup I bought were not so good. The stickers never went dark so my daughter could see the picture before even wetting them and the cup leaks.”

The reason they are showing is due to the extreme heat we have had, as they are heat activated. try and keep them in a cool place and they should go black again.

“The idea of this is great. It immediately saved the day in the first days of getting it, with the toddler shouting that he needed to go in places that we didn't have quick access to a toilet. Being able to close the lid on poos and pees with no lingering smells is great! However, I didn't store the potty horizontaly once after a pee, and although it was closed correctly, by the time I got home to empty it, there was no pee inside - aaaargh! It's either seeped into the footwell of the car, or it's in a vaccum/empty bits somewhere inside the potty where it's not supposed to be. I noticed this when cleaning potty under shower head too: when I turned it over to dry, water was flowing out of somewhere that it shouldn't. so not sure what kind of liquid and germs are inside somewhere I can't reach.
So overall: good idea, but potty doesn't feel quite as airtight and secure as it should be. I will throw it out immediately after we finish potty training in case.”
“Lovely little potty for my daughter to take out with her whilst toilet training my grandson. Little smaller than anticipated as my grandson is not a big child but struggled a little to sit properly on it as his bottom was hanging over the edge. Also disappointed to see the the same potties are being sold in Tesco for half the price I paid for it via the official website! ⁷ Didn't get the stickers that go in the bottom of the potty either, which would have been nice.”
“I really wanted to love this potty because the idea is brilliant and it looks great, but in real life it hasn’t worked well for us.
The biggest issue is the opening mechanism. Both my son and I often struggle to open it quickly — you have to twist it just right and sometimes it feels stuck or doesn’t unlock properly. When you’ve got a toddler urgently needing the toilet, fighting with a lid is honestly stressful and not practical.
I’m not sure if mine is faulty or if this is just how they are designed, but in a rush it’s definitely not ideal. I actually have a much cheaper travel potty that opens instantly and, in my opinion, works far better for real-life situations.
Great concept and very cute design, but ease of use matters most when potty training on the go, and unfortunately this one lets us down there.”
“I love how sturdy and lightweight the potty is. I understand the need for a tight seal when it needs to be leak proof - and it really is leak proof! But I wish I didn’t break a nail or hurt my finger when opening it. I hand this potty to my in laws when looking after my toddler twice a week. They struggle to open it at all and have given up. I wonder if there’s anything that can be done without affecting the leak proof design?”
“I love that it's a travel potty however for me if the handle was a bit thinner it would be easier to attach to a bag, I currently use a carabiner to attach to bag.
I understand it needs to be a good shutting system but it can be difficult to open and close its not as quick and easy as I thought, I would describe as stiff.
It fully opens up which isnt a major issue again I just presumed that it would be like a toilet and the lid part opened almost half way to mimic the seat like an L shape.
For me son who wants to start stand up wees the rim of the potty is quite thick and he sometimes struggles to use it this way (he has it on a step and wees into it so getting it close to his area co.pared to the other, none travel potty the thickness if rim can be an issue and we have more spills .”

“It’s a cute little travel potty but it’s very hard to get it open by the time you get it open the child is going to mess their pants so I’m not really sure what I’m going to do with it”

We are sorry to hear your potty is hard to open and sticking,
What we suggest is if you have this to spray the seal (coloured part) with WD40 and use kitchen paper to remove from the white section of the potty. Alternatively, if you have olive oil just to rub this around the seal and should then help to open easier. As sometimes the seal can dry out making it a lot stiffer.
Please give this and try and let me know if you have any success, otherwise we can look at another reason this could be happening.

“My daughter is super into her portable penguin potty. The only drawback is the back doesn't stay up on its own when opened.... and when sealed shut, the penguin is very hard to pry back open.”
“Great customer service. Ordered 3 pairs, one arrived with a black mark on them. They sent 3 pairs for free. Unfortunately they haven’t been very successful so far at capturing wee. My daughter weed in them and they soaked through and her shorts. So I’m assuming they’re to catch just a small amount maybe? She enjoys wearing them, but is pretty good as using the potty anyway, as we introduced it when she was a few months old. I don’t think she’s weed in them since, but wouldn’t trust wearing them out and about after our first experience of them.”

We are sorry to hear that you aren't 100% please with the training pants. We designed them to help children when learning the sensation of when to go to the bathroom. So they aren't like a nappy were they will catch large amounts of accidents, they are there to catch little accidents to teach them the sensation of needing to go to the toilet and when they have had an accident.

“It does the job but if I could amend it I would have the insert to be able to be taken out to clean and also to have a stand on the back so it sits up right like a mini chair, it does the job but these are things myself and lots of mums I know that use it say also x”

“Lovely quality product
Sadly part of my order was missing from the delivery however this was later rectified.
My only criticism of the actual product is that it is very low/small and I have a very tall toddler”

“It’s much better than carrying the potty round as it’s smaller and the seal is great.
I have found it’s scuffed already (on bug face) which is disappointing, we’ve only used it a handful of times. The idea is great but I’m not convinced the quality is hardwearing enough.”

“Potty arrived with marks and scratches and looked as if it wasn’t new. The stool was supposed to match the toilet seat (beige) however a grey one arrived instead. Considering how much it costs for these products, I did expect alot more and was unfortunately displeased overall.”
