“I love how sturdy and lightweight the potty is. I understand the need for a tight seal when it needs to be leak proof - and it really is leak proof! But I wish I didn’t break a nail or hurt my finger when opening it. I hand this potty to my in laws when looking after my toddler twice a week. They struggle to open it at all and have given up. I wonder if there’s anything that can be done without affecting the leak proof design?”
“I didn’t receive my order, contacted My Carry Potty to report, tracking shows that it was left in an unsafe location. Opposite a very busy dog walking path, despite the fact that I have a very safe and enclosed private car port. parcel cannot be located. I’m £30 down and My Carry Potty/Tik Tok have closed the case. Reporting to Sussex Police.

“I love that it's a travel potty however for me if the handle was a bit thinner it would be easier to attach to a bag, I currently use a carabiner to attach to bag.
I understand it needs to be a good shutting system but it can be difficult to open and close its not as quick and easy as I thought, I would describe as stiff.
It fully opens up which isnt a major issue again I just presumed that it would be like a toilet and the lid part opened almost half way to mimic the seat like an L shape.
For me son who wants to start stand up wees the rim of the potty is quite thick and he sometimes struggles to use it this way (he has it on a step and wees into it so getting it close to his area co.pared to the other, none travel potty the thickness if rim can be an issue and we have more spills .”
“The Potty's are great.
The toilet seats are fun but badly designed with multiple different parts rather than one moulded piece so it makes cleaning difficult.
The step stool is good but slips quite easily.
The insulated water bottle is awful - you can't take out the rubber straw piece to clean inside properly and the suggested solution of and I direct quote "Just rinse it through with hot water" does not clean around the rubber straw piece. Add to this, my toddler dropped it (from his small toddler height), and the lid broke into multiple sharp peices. Dropped, not thrown and the lid shattered. Also, after washing the first time we used it, water was able to get into the inner walls from the bottom of the bottle making it a mould risk. And the straw closure part on the top is just absolutely awful design. Doesn't cover the straw, difficult for a toddler to open and close.
The plastic water bottle hasn't leaked, however you cannot close the straw down properly as the cover doesn't fully clip down. The straw only works properly when it's pulled up to a very specific angle otherwise you're basically sucking air!
The lunchbox quality is awful too. The stitching quality is poor and starts coming undone after the first use. The best thing about the lunchbox is the ease of cleaning - I think its the only good design part of all of the My Carry Potty products.”
