“I purchased my carry potty in anticipation of potty training as my 2 year old was showing all the signs however was reluctant to use a normal potty. As soon as this got delivered she was straight on it and the first day all toilet trips were done on the carry potty! Now it’s fab for days out and to keep in the car. Wouldn’t be without it. “I didn’t know my daughter would like this as much as she did. my child is incredibly strong, willed, and I think this gives her a sense of independence. She is very excited about the design and often prefers using this over the regular potty. No more questionable public restrooms! I think my only complaint, is that there is a space between the potty and the plastic cover that accumulates water when I rinse out the main compartment. That could become a problem, as it can be difficult to shake out water. Otherwise, we adore this product, and my daughter really enjoys using it.”

My problem is your web site, mistakes happen and there is no way to rectify it.
It won't let you go back change it or cancel it , you have to go blindly on and then ,
GET in touch with your useless Customer Service. That says it's received it .
There is nobody there, As it's the weekend and they don't work. SO they blindly send it out ,so the person who receives it has it make the time working or not . To send it back .
Then you wait for ever for a refund .
WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN.

I am from the customer service team and I have had a look into your messages and I can see we did get back to you and never had a reply regarding your order. We cancelled one order for you, but were unable to cancel the other as it had been ordered a few days prior.

Regarding weekends, unfortunately we don't work weekends but we do endeavour to get back to everybody as soon as possible, and there is always time to cancel or rectify an order when we are back on Monday.

“I already had a travel potty and the helpful guide. Bought 6 pairs of penguin pants. Initially out of stock but got a notification was back in stock. These are a great transition from nappies to knickers. Although they won’t soak up a big wee, they do reduce it from soaking to her socks and shoes. It gives both her and I a little bit of extra convince knowing there is a bit of added protection. She loves the design and we ordered 3 more of the cat design.”

“Carry potty is fab, however leaks now & then and also goes a bit stiff so when opening may get wee on you.
The knickers don’t soak any wee at all. Have tried for a few days and my daughter is soaked no matter how big or little the wee.”
