“We had one years ago but left it in a car park! So with our third we need one again, this time I ordered a step and toilet seat insert too. They are brilliant, so much better than the general step and inserts you can buy at any shop! Highly recommend and they are all the same theme which my toddler loves!”

“Great customer service. Ordered 3 pairs, one arrived with a black mark on them. They sent 3 pairs for free. Unfortunately they haven’t been very successful so far at capturing wee. My daughter weed in them and they soaked through and her shorts. So I’m assuming they’re to catch just a small amount maybe? She enjoys wearing them, but is pretty good as using the potty anyway, as we introduced it when she was a few months old. I don’t think she’s weed in them since, but wouldn’t trust wearing them out and about after our first experience of them.”

We are sorry to hear that you aren't 100% please with the training pants. We designed them to help children when learning the sensation of when to go to the bathroom. So they aren't like a nappy were they will catch large amounts of accidents, they are there to catch little accidents to teach them the sensation of needing to go to the toilet and when they have had an accident.
