“I bought the My Carry Potty trainer seat and step stool for my son few months ago but because the trainer seat has different parts which are clicked into each other, it gets dirty and it also leaked just under the handles in the grooves which is very hard to clean and even after few times cleaning still the product seems to be dirty because it is so hard to reach those grooves and that is a hazard for children that young and I am always worried by holding the handle when my son is seated on the trainer seat, he might touch some dirty parts and makes himself sick with it. I would not buy this trainer seat again if I could go back, considering he the price, it is not really well thought of and made properly. If it was only made of one piece of plastic this problem would not happen. Seems the quality of product was sacrificed for the look of it.”

“Lovely quality product
Sadly part of my order was missing from the delivery however this was later rectified.
My only criticism of the actual product is that it is very low/small and I have a very tall toddler”

“Unfortunately I cannot find a way to contact to raise the issue. Within a week of having the potty a little bit of plastic broke off which now means the potty doesn’t lock together which is not ideal at all 😫 other than this is it a great product and so handy! “It’s much better than carrying the potty round as it’s smaller and the seal is great.
I have found it’s scuffed already (on bug face) which is disappointing, we’ve only used it a handful of times. The idea is great but I’m not convinced the quality is hardwearing enough.”

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with cleaning the item, I can see you ordered the Dino trainer seat and step stool. I am unsure how wee is getting trapped inside as there aren't any enclosed areas of the trainer seat.

I am sorry to hear your little one is having trouble using the potty. The my carry potty has been used by millions and designed with children in mind and heir comfort when using it. However, it will always depend on the child and how comfortable they feel using it.
It could be a good idea to let your little one get used to using he potty and feeling comfortable, especially if they are just starting. A good idea is to create a distraction box to help them feel comfortable and relaxed on the potty.
