“Rachel was absolutely amazing - can't recommend enough. She really really helped us with the layout of our lounge and completely understood the look we were going for. Her response time to messages was just unbelievably quick and I loved the fact that she would give her professional opinion which is exactly what we were after and encouraged us to try different things we hadn't thought of. Hoping to work with Rachel again in the future in another room - thank you so much! x”

“The service was easy to use and Natalie, my designer, was incredible. She took the time to understand my tastes with an initial phone call, presented me with the most amazing ideas, inspired me beyond words, was super nice, friendly and professional. “We've just used the MBR design consultancy service to design the ground floor layout for a planned house extension and renovation. Lucy was great to deal with - after an initial briefing she quickly put her creative skills to work and came up with several design options for us to choose from. When we provided feedback she was extremely responsive in reflecting these in updated drawings and we've now got a floorplan design that I can't wait to apply to our home in the near future!”

“We had a great experience with My Bespoke Room. Our initial contact was positive and Jessica was very helpful and answered all our questions. Hira was our interior designer. She was excellent from start to the end of the process. She produced us a lovely design with many options and chose some lovely furniture at various price points (really helpful). She was at all times responsive and helpful and worked really quickly for us! We can’t wait to start buying for the great shopping list she put together. Thanks so much for a great experience! “We contacted My Bespoke Room with a view to recreating a room which was a very poor study/bedroom into something more useable and beautiful. Nardus came round and spent a considerable amount of time talking through ideas, followed up with a great plan for a super study/reading room, with lots of storage. He immediately picked up our ideas and ran with them - even our dog loved him. He gave me Lee Purdom’s name as a good cabinet maker and we felt the same rapport with him. The job was finished on time, with the least amount of fuss and mess. The end result is a great study, a very relaxing reading room and loads of storage which accommodates some pretty large items such as the drying rack and Christmas Tree. The colour scheme is something quite different for us and we absolutely love it. Now that’s we have a very useable room and loads of storage, we feel that our flat has doubled in size. Nardus also gave us some great suggestions for decorative items/lights etc. We would highly recommend MBR and will certainly use them in the future, as we would Lee Purdom.”

“Second time using My Bespoke Room, highly recommend this service. Olivia Boardman did a fantastic job designing an office/guest room for me, this included some challenging sofa bed requirements and Olivia made sure to find the best products for me. “I started out by doing a design for one room. I really liked my designer Olivia. When they first told me they had the exact designer to match my tastes, I didn't really believe that at first. After a short time working with her, I decided to have the the five bedrooms designed, the double reception, the hallways and the kitchen diner too. We made a lot of bold choices I definitely wouldn't have made on my own that really make the whole house look professionally designed. I also didn't think I would like much of the furniture, rugs and other accessories that were suggested to me, but in the end, I purchased a lot of them. Really the best part of the service is how the designer puts it all together graphically so you can visualise better and then you work together to get it right, just as you would with any design service at any price point. All in all, the whole experience greatly exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend it. At the price you pay, you have really nothing to lose.”

“We have used MBR on a number of projects and they have been simply outstanding. Sarah, our designer, nailed our designs every single time, understanding what we wanted to achieve and helping us get there - nothing was too much trouble. The results are way beyond what we could achieve on our own. The shopping team is also marvellous- they are efficient and kept us appraised of delivery dates etc. They are also very responsive to our requests to get updates from retailers. In short, we are thrilled with the MBR experience and have recommended them to several friends. We will also be using them to redesign the last two rooms in our house (they have already done the rest!).”

“I have received the absolute highest level of service from the entire team at my bespoke room and cannot praise them enough. Sarah who did my designs listened and translated every detail into the perfect bedroom. Exactly what I had in mind. Sarah was extremely patient and helpful offering various options and explaining all the steps to me. The process was really simple from beginning to end with regular contact from Sarah to answer any questions or suggestions I had at any stage. The personal shopping service is a brilliant idea to simplify everything I need for my room. Thank you all. I have and will continue to recommend this service to anyone who is renovating or doing a redesign.Thank you all. I will be sure to send pics of the finished room!”

“We had a really fantastic experience. Nicole was our designer, and she really listened to us, was very communicative, and came back with a fantastic design that exceeded our expectations. It took a lot of the stress out of picking (e.g.) paint and fabric colours, and has led us to some lovely furniture etc. We will definitely use my bespoke room again, and will ask for Nicole as our designer.”
