Rachel was absolutely amazing - can't recommend enough. She really really helped us with the layout of our lounge and completely understood the look we were going for. Her response time to messages was just unbelievably quick and I loved the fact that she would give her professional opinion which is exactly what we were after and encouraged us to try different things we hadn't thought of.
