I love the products and they are very well made, but the personalisation is difficulf as they revert back to the original choices- so now ive ended up with mis-matched products because it wasn't clear that the colour of the text had changed back until it was too late and the order was placed.

The robes were just an ok quality and the box was damaged. It was a gift so overall it was a little disappointing

Lovely big box but doll was just rammed in and it's dress was very creased. Now ironed for gifting !!

I ordered 3 beautiful gifts of great quality however I was disappointed when they came in the one box. Previously when I’ve ordered multiple gifts, they come in individual boxes. Disappointed but still happy with the products

The items have not yet been viewed as they were sent for Christmas presents. However, they were not delivered to the recipients home just left in the public entrance to the building. Could have been taken by anyone! Fortunately not.

The product was a personalized pink guitar and all was okay until we came to play it! We then discoverd that it was impossible to tune as all the strings were the same inspite of having different coloured ends and as indicated above it was impossible to tune! Kind regards Francis GRAVES

Your product has gone down in my apinion. I have bought named dressing gowns for my great grandchildren and been very happy. The latest one I am sorry but material is not as good as passed purchase

Speedy delivery and an easy website to navigate. I have bought many presents over the years from My 1st Years and they have always been loved. The decoration I bought is a lovely keepsake for a friends child but it wasn't as good a quality of print as I was expecting, further to this my blue gift box had a tear on the crease. The farm yard and book seemed to be in good condition though.

I ordered 2 separate personalised child's dressing gowns with the babies' names but they came in one gift box. I thought they would come in separate boxes as they are two separate gifts.

The bathrobes I purchased were lovely and soft and a great first gift with the babies name added for a minimal fee. The delivery date and slot were in line with my expectations. Thank you. The website, however, was unclear when trying to order an additional gift box, which was removed when I came to pay. The follow up call with an agent suggested I had not selected it at the bottom of the page but this was not necessary, as I had selected it earlier in the process.

The product was good but I've had two issues where I've needed to send an item back and it's quite difficult because they make you contact them and you have to pay for returns
