“The caterpillar is fine and looks great but I've sent an email already about the state of the box it was delivered in. Wet and broken. I have not yet received a reply and it's been 1 week. Hopefully I will get a reply soon and a replacement box as I wanted to keep that and store her caterpillar and other keep sakes for her.”

“NO problem with your side of things but the courier you are using Evri was awful
Parcel was supposed to be delivered one day as had delivery date and time then when delivery was nearly overdue it changed to we can’t deliver today and I had no idea when it would be delivered but it arrived 3 days later so the delivery part was not very good as I was waiting for it to take for my grand daughter who lives 6 hours away

“The product was a personalized pink guitar and all was okay until we came to play it! We then discoverd that it was impossible to tune as all the strings were the same inspite of having different coloured ends and as indicated above it was impossible to tune!

“Speedy delivery and an easy website to navigate. I have bought many presents over the years from My 1st Years and they have always been loved. The decoration I bought is a lovely keepsake for a friends child but it wasn't as good a quality of print as I was expecting, further to this my blue gift box had a tear on the crease. The farm yard and book seemed to be in good condition though.”
