“Item came damaged, as did gift box. Spent 2 hours on chat to get it replaced. They did send out a replacement once I had sent the damaged one back, however this delayed me gifting the present as planned. I am however very happy with the replacement doll as is the child. Customer service needs improvement.”

“Happy with the order but the delivery took longer than it’s on your policy. Little disappointed because that was a birthday gift for our friends so we had to give him later . “We ordered a personalised wooden toy for a Christening gift. The toy itself is lovely, however we were deeply disappointed to find that the inner packaging of the item arrived opened. When queried, the reply is that when they personalise it they have to open the product. While I do understand, gifting a special item that appears to the recipient to have been used or tried doesn't match the special occasion. I think it was just a surprise as I didn't see it stated on the listing when you choose it to be personalised.
But again, packaging removed, still a lovely product.”

“I have used you many times in the past and never had any complaints for my grandchildren and friends gifts but feel disappointed with this order. I ordered two Abacus’s one for our granddaughter and one my great nephew and ordered 2 boxes and 2 individual cards with them.
