“My parcel didnt show up on time so i queried it. I couldnt contact evri personally and it took my 1st years 48 hours to receive the response that they dont know where it is. From here my 1st years were very helpful and offered either a full refund or a re order on express delivery which was promised to be 24 - 48 hours. This ended up being 3 days. I was hapoy to get the product in the end and looks good quality but my nieces present was late.
So overall not happy would only use again if they stopped using evri.
Feel slightly cheated to spend so much on delivery for it to be late. As I said product was great but delivery was terrible and honestly poor of the company not to offer any compensation for this.”
