Luckily damage is on inside of the bag so not noticeable. But makes me question the quality of the item. Made in China. Otherwise items are cute and bought in sale, would have been very expensive otherwise for what they are.

I made an order 29th November for a gift and it’s still not delivered and was for my sister’s new babies so disappointed in this service delivery

Would have been higher if gift was sealed in plastic. As it wasn't and I wasn't home when delivered the box was soaked through and as such the chair was soaked and took me 2 days to dry out. Disappointed as have had no issues previously

Sadly took a while to come although I appreciate when things are personalised it takes longer, however our personalisation has come through wonky and almost as if it's not been printed correctly or thoroughly. Quite disappointed this time sadly.
