“Beautiful bookcase and extra special because you can personalise it. My daughter loved it and it’s full of books already. The free gift was an added bonus, we chose the gingerbread man, ready for Christmas 2026.”

“The stand came flat-packed but parts were clearly labelled and the instructions were easy to follow. Once built I was really happy with how sturdy it was and the picture and personalised name looks great. My grandson loves it.”

“Unfortunately the gift i ordered didnt arrive by the advertised date- it was only sent on the date it was due to arrive meaning I was unable to gift it. I contacted customer services who were unhelpful surrounding the matter and was unable to offer any resolution”

“The backpack is lovely. The delivery process wasn’t great. All took longer than expected and only just got it in time. Communication about that issue was challenging. It was hard to get an answer as to how long it would take they just said there had been delays. Probably would think twice about ordering from them again.”
