“NO problem with your side of things but the courier you are using Evri was awful
Parcel was supposed to be delivered one day as had delivery date and time then when delivery was nearly overdue it changed to we can’t deliver today and I had no idea when it would be delivered but it arrived 3 days later so the delivery part was not very good as I was waiting for it to take for my grand daughter who lives 6 hours away

“I love the products and they are very well made, but the personalisation is difficulf as they revert back to the original choices- so now ive ended up with mis-matched products because it wasn't clear that the colour of the text had changed back until it was too late and the order was placed.”
