“I ordered a personalised backpack for my daughter and was really looking forward to it arriving. Unfortunately, when it did, the patterned fabric sat behind her name so heavily that it was very difficult to read the personalisation.
I contacted customer service and was initially told there wasn’t anything they could do, which was disappointing. To their credit, they later agreed to send a replacement. However, the second backpack arrived with the same issue — and the name was even harder to read than on the original.
I appreciate that they eventually tried to put things right, but the overall experience and final result were disappointing, especially for a personalised item that was meant to be special.”
