Items ordered for a gift were nice - however, they didn’t arrive within the delivery window that was given at point of purchase. If the delivery was going to take longer than advertised I would have shopped elsewhere to ensure I had the gift in time for a birthday party. When contacting the customer service team the response was not the most helpful either.. and they also didn’t respond within their advertised response time.

Received my order yesterday, unfortunately it has discoloration on the back of one of the ears, I emailed to let them know and today I received my replacement. Excellent customer service! Very happy with product and how the situation was handled. Thank you

They actually sent me faulty item but once I told them they replace item very quickly. it's very impressive service and I'm so pleased the item. Thank you!!!

Despite my order arriving later than expected the gift was exactly how it appeared on the website. It was good quality and unique and the family loved it. Would recommend purchasing for some unique quality gifts

the NB bodysuit was huge! much bigger than the NB bodysuit my baby is wearing atm. Also it was for fathersday. It said it will arrive on Tuesday the 10th but it didn’t arrive until Monday the 16th…

I have now ordered 3 of the little backpacks which have been embroidered with names. The font is different on each, perhaps I would have preferred a nicer colour on the boys safari backpack as it is a tan colour which I find drab and not in keeping with design. Unfortunately I ordered 2 at the same time which were sent in the same box so I now have to purchase another gift box as they are obviously for different recipients. The backpacks are lovely and appear to be good quality.

I was really disappointed with my Father’s Day T-shirt, I have bought regularly from the site and I have previously been impressed with the quality. However, on this occasion with one cold wash all of the colour came off of the T-shirt and I’m now left of a plain white T-shirt.

I have ordered my first years many times over the past few years & have always found it fantastic- however this time I ordered a doll and personalised box - the doll was perfect. The box was way too big for the doll, it was damaged & also had Borthday on it instead of birthday -which was disappointing so I couldn’t use it in the end after paying extra for it

I purchase the personalised cord nappy caddy. It arrived just in-time for my sister-in-laws baby shower. Just under a week. Excellent quality and really looked lovely. The gift box was very impressive and my sister-in-law loved it. Also I feel it was very good value for money, thank you.
