Evri has failed to deliver this order which incidentally is not the first time this has happened to me with this delivery company. So, I'm unable to comment on your product because this has not materialised. Frustrated and disappointed I'm afraid!

I ordered a backpack and paid for next day delivery as we are going away. The wrong backpack came. I immediately tried to resolve this with customer services but have felt like I am speaking to a robot. My questions are left unanswered or ignored. I am told one thing and then another happens. I am so upset by the whole thing

I haven’t recieved my items yet even though I paid for next day delivery. Really disappointing as they were for a 1st birthday gift which was last week. I was offered half the delivery cost back which I found a little insulting! Such a shame as the site has lovely things on which I would have no doubt used again in the future had my experience been different.

Terrible. I waited 3 days for my delivery. Even though I had paid for a premium service for delivery. Not happy with this company!

I’ve always been happy with my previous purchases from you, which is why I was surprised and disappointed this time. Unfortunately, the backpack I received is of poor quality, and the box was torn upon delivery. I hope you can look into this issue.

I paid for next day delivery but my order was sent standard delivery. And when my order finally arrived, the personalisation was wrong! They had completely missed a letter!

Second time using this company and very disappointed I purchased 2 rucksacks for my grandchildren costing £51.75 that was at the cheaper price as I received 25% discount. I have raised the issue of the fabric variation in one of the ruck sacks which is very obvious and had I been in a store would almost certainly not have purchased substandard goods at this cost. I was told to read the small print terms and conditions as this was stated. Eventually after numerous emails they agreed as a gesture of good will they would not offer a refund, however would exchange for something else on line but I would have to pay the postage to return, adding to the cost of the rucksack which I felt I had paid enough for in the first instance. Lesson learnt read the terms and conditions and expect you may have an obvious variation in colour or fabric especially in the navy that I chose.

I ordered a 1st Fathers Day card and what I requested to be written on the front and inside was not added. I asked for a refund and was told I could not have one for part of an order and was offered store credit instead. I do not want store credit as I now have to source a new card elsewhere

Poor quality items, shocking customer service. Would not recommend and would not buy from again. If I could give less stars I would as I am now out of pocket. I am yet to be provided with an item without fault and my friend is without a backpack for her little girl starting nursery as I would not gift a faulty product.

This company and their carrier EVRI effectively ruined what should have been a special occasion of announcing our long awaited IVF pregnancy to our family. I ordered a personalized frame to display our ultrasound picture to announce the baby. Paid for next day delivery. I waited in the next day but EVRI failed to deliver the item. Said it would ‘try again next day’, again I waited in for the parcel, however it took nearly 2 weeks for the item to make it out of EVRIs ware house. Today I contacted My First years to request a refund as we had to fly home to deliver the news without the item and so it’s now unless to me. The customer services has been of no help, offering 50% store credit, and finally 100% store credit. I however will not be shopping with this company again so store credit is no Good to me. Steer clear of this brand and company. Firstly they use EVRI and secondly they care nothing for their customers experiences. I am so disappointed and upset that an announcement that was 4 years in the making was ruined by this company and this is how they treat me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a personalised backpack for my Niece's birthday. I ordered in just enough time for it to be delivered and was excited to give it to her. Unfortunately on receipt of the order, the lettering was unfinished making the name appear wonky. I raised this straight away with Geraldine who agreed it was sub standard. She offered me a £5 gift store voucher. I declined as I do not foresee me shopping with them again. Poor service, poor item, poor craftmanship. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered a personalised comforter that arrived with an unreadable font... therefore the name was illegible. I couldn't give the gift in the end as it looks like the name is spelt wrong with an R looking like an E

I was happy with the service given by the representatives but extremely unhappy about the item received, It was of poor quality, delivery was 5 days late which left me feeling totally disgruntled with the company. I have received good aftercare and am waiting for a replacement item
