“This was the first time I ordered from My Doll Best Friend Ltd. I was very startled at how fast my purchase was delivered! I did have to pay extra fees for the DHL shipping to my location but it was overall I am very pleased with this shopping experience. The order was very well packaged and arrived safe and exactly as pictured. THANK YOU!”

“My granddaughter asked for a doll for her forthcoming 4th birthday. She has quite a collection already so I wanted to find her something a little different and browsed until I found your website. I had fun checking out all the choices and the clothes and settled on Gotz Precious Day Jessica. I know she will be thrilled. The communication was excellent and the doll arrived promptly. I now will be buying another doll for another grandaughter in August and am already making a selection of the clothing - great fun.”

“I ordered red haired Katie by Gotz for my birthday last month and she is the most beautiful doll I have ever seen. The photos don't do her justice. The service I received from My Doll Best Friend was perfect. Maxine kept me updated and answered my messages immediately. MDBF came highly recommended to me by a good friend and I was not disappointed. I have since ordered shoes which arrived very quickly and were a perfect fit. I will definitely be ordering again soon. Thanks Maxine for your top class service!”

“the most wonderful doll shop ever. Needed a quick delivery for my daughters birthday and I live in the states, it came within 2 business days, I couldn't believe it. Communication was incredible and actually so nice to make friends with the owner, she's so lovely. Old fashioned customer service with rapid up to date delivery and mail systems. Cant get better than that.”

“I BOUGHT STARLETTE COPPELIA BALLERINA AND STARLETTE TATIANA I WAS EXREMLEY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. MAXINE FROM MY DOLLS BEST FRIEND WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY QUESTIONS. “This was my third purchase from MDBF and once again I can’t complain about the service or the quality of the products. Usually I’m quite determined on which products I want, so not much need for a lot of emails, but when I do email Maxine always returns quickly with fulfilling answers. This time it took a bit longer than usual to receive the parcel here in Denmark but Maxine told me, this year some parcels to mainland Europe have been delayed by the postal services. However, I received my parcel in perfect condition and the goodies inside made my 18 inch ‘girls’ jump in the air full of joy. It’s only a matter of time before I’m on my fourth purchase………”

“Ordered two sets of clothes for Paola Reina Las Amigas doll, both very reasonably priced; shipping was also very reasonable and arrived quickly given that it was an international delivery. Order was placed on the 13th of June and the items were delivered on the 28th of June, 2016. Since these are official clothing sets, the quality is what you would expect from Paola Reina, and I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service from My Doll Best Friend. These are gifts for my daughter to go with the Liu doll that Nana gave her last year, so I am very happy to have found an honest vendor to obtain additional clothing from.”
