“I recently bought Erika, an artist doll by Heidi Pluckzok from MYdollbestfriend. Maxine gave great service, as usual, and Erika arrived very quickly via Royal Mail. Thank you,Maxine, for a running a doll shop I can trust and for the wonderful,quick service you give! “As usual very speedy delivery in a suitable packaging. Packaging is both sturdy and also as small a size as possible to keep the postage as low as possible. The goods delivered are true to description regarding size and colour as well as in quality - as always.”

“I have used My Doll Best Friend several times now and have been satisfied with the information given confirming the order and notifying despatch of the goods. Once the order is despatched it takes a couple of days but it can be tracked so you know when to expect the delivery. I would say that the service has been very efficient.”

“Bought a delightful little outfit for my granddaughter 's Paola Reina Las Amigas doll , quality was excellent . Ordering was very straightforward , prompt confirmation by email that order dispatched and it arrived earlier than expected . The only minor issue is that the price shown didn't include vat , so cost items slightly more than expected . But on the plus side I got cash points that can be offset against future purchases . Altogether I thought My Doll Best Friend a lovely online site to deal with and would be happy to buy doll items from them in the future”

“I ordered Clara 2016 and received her over a little of a week later to USA from UK. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast delivery. I received an email with tracking number the next day. I fell in love with this doll the minute she arrived. Clara was packaged in a strong box and I am very happy with the transaction. I have my eye on another doll and will not hesitate to order from her again. The only thing I wish they would add to site is the US dollar conversion table. I had to go elsewhere to find out her cost in US dollars. But I will be back with new orders in the future for sure. Clara 2016 eyes are remarkable and pictures do not do her justice. She is a beautiful redhead.”
