“This is the second doll that I have purchased for my wife from this company. As with the first I was kept upto date re delivery all the way through the process. The first doll was everything my wife wanted and she was very happy. We will have to wait until Christmas for her reaction to this one, I am sure it will be positive as she chose it after all.”

“On August 30th I received an email from you that my order number 2000000737 has left your warehouse. I used the tracking number LTN211150067N1 and my order was last scanned on September 6th at Machelen. The letter states that the delivery time is 6-8 days, but much more has already passed. I should be worried about the delivery of my order. It's still on the way and I don't know where it is. Could you please clarify the location of my parcel?”

“MDBF is a wonderful doll shop offering a wide variety of all kinds of dolls. Moreover they are very much up to date and provide the newest release and information. Whenever special editions are quickly sold out in Germany they have some of them in stock most times. The process of order and delivery is easy and transparent; if any problems, they help you. Just need a bit patience sometimes. I'll definitely buy again!”
