“Communication with your company was perfect. My only dissatisfaction is about the delivery period. it took too long from the time I placed the order and paid until the time my products were delivered to me. 16 days is much from my point of view. I have nothing else to complain about. The dolls are exactly what I expected to be, and my nieces are very pleased with them.”

“My Doll Best Friend is the best company I've ever ordered from. They have wonderful customer service. I live in the United States and my dolls usually get to me within 3-4 days. They keep you updated with your shipping. My items are always packed well. If you have a question they get back to quickly. I highly recommend this company.”

“After a great deal of research, I recently purchased a Llorens doll and some outfits from My Doll My Best Friend. “Elena” is absolutely beautiful and the accessories are very stylish. The service I received from staff at My Doll My Best Friend was exemplary. Always timely, polite and helpful the assistance they give reflects perfectly their motto “Happy to Help”. The parcel was shipped to Australia, arrived promptly and, due to the excellent packaging, in perfect condition. I was able to track the process of the delivery and staff provided relevant information about the tracking. This was an excellent shopping experience and I am very happy to recommend My Doll My Best Friend.”
