“Very prompt and efficient service”

“Order number 1000010894 on the 24th Nov paid €251+€19.20 delivery Discovered same doll was reduced in price €233.09 never use Mydollbestfriend again My complaint was dealt with in a timely way and it worked out that Mydollbestfriend made a refund which they need not have done but decided to do in good faith, also they rang to explain.”

Dear Patricia, this is interesting. This is an exclusive customised doll so it cannot be available elsewhere and it hasn't been reduced. In addition we shipped it only yesterday so it won't arrive with you for a while as you are not UK mainland. We will try to make contact with you by email and telephone as there must be some misunderstanding.

“I was very happy with the customer service from My Doll Best Friend; i eas updated about dispach, delivery and ecpected dates and times of delivery. My doll arrived in excellent condition, well packaged. My doll was everythi ng that i expected. My Granddaughter will be very happy with her.”

“Do you remember shopping at your local toy store when you were small? The shop owner knew you. You had sweet conversations with her even though you were only five. It was obvious she loved her business and she loved children. I get that same feeling of friendship in correspondence with the ladies at Mydollbestfriend. I understand this is a relatively small business which allows for personal communications and e-mailed current messages. This business has the qualities of the toy stores of old with the convenience of Internet shopping. I find shopping there a joy. Mary, USA”

“If you are going to by a doll, then My Doll's Best Friend is the pace to go, even if you live in the USA like I do. I was looking for a Petitcollin "Lucie" doll and this shop had the best prices by far and the expedited shipping to the USA was just a tad more expensive than shops in the US were charging for ground shipping! I got the doll in 5 days but I would have received her sooner (3 days) but there no shipping service on the weekend and the doll was delayed in San Francisco one day by DHL, no fault of the doll shop. The price of the doll was also under $100. USD which was at least $50. less than any other shop inc. eBay. I saw "Lucie" for as high as $199.USD jn some shops, double what My Doll's Best Friend sold her for. The shop staff was also very friendly, and replied to my emails promptly. My recommendation is if they stock the doll you want, buy from them. Other shops can't touch them for quality of service period!”

“I have been wanting the Kitty doll for some time and when I received some birthday money I just had to order her. She has a sweet face and lovely green eyes, which are very hard to find in dolls. Her outfit is very cute and as a skirt and top can be used with many other clothes”

“I love the service at my doll best friend. Maxine and her staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend mdbf to anyone looking for a new best friend. The lay-by scheme is also fantastic for the more expensive dolls. I have no criticism”
