“Your company handled the negotiation for the loan well. If I have a complaint it is that uour follow up to the original quote was a little too fastidious. Work prevented me from choosing a car straightaway, and your team was perhaps a little persistent. On the subject of choosing a car I found your website of approved dealers irrelevant. The easiest way to find a used car, I have now discovered, is to go round a dealer's forecourt and choose one; the internet does not really play much part in that process.”
