“The hand-held cutter is only able to cut paper and very thin card. However placing artwork on 2 separate sheets and sandwiching them together looks really good - twice as much work. placing paper to be cut, then in place and finally snapping the key ring lid takes time- 100 of them will take lots of time, although you will get lots of compliments for the end result!”

“The only complaint I have with my last order was that I paid the extra £1 for next working day delivery but it did not arrive until 2 working days after I ordered it. I have to say though all other orders have been delivered on time, and I order alot of items from you.”

Hello Roger, Thank you for your review. As you placed your order on a Saturday it was consequently despatched on Monday as we do not operate over weekends.. Your order was collected by our courier on Monday and then delivered on the Tuesday. We are looking at making it clearer to customers that orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched on our return to work on Monday. “Good service with good customer care. Some parts were missing, had to phone up and they were sent next day without quibble. However, they should have been included first time without me having to ask for them, so not a five star review from me.”

“blank fridge magnets, made my own using stickers from my grand daughters comics. Buying new ready made Bing, Teletubbies etc all about £3.50. So far made 12 different ones, Care Bears,Peppa Pig Bing etc . One very happy grand daughter.”

“Product as described (coaster blanks), sent 1st class mail, postage quite pricey but purchase worked out less expensive than buying in a retail shop. Request for review arrived before parcel delivered so it would be nice if review requests could be timed for after expected delivery.”

“We recently purchased the Quick Pro sample pack. We like it's simplicity and how little time it takes to create the canvass. It looks good and you don't need any tools apart from a pair of scissors to cut the 4 corners off. Although we where happy with the Quick Pro there was a problem in getting the locking tabs in, the board had to be wiggled about to allow one side to be located and then the other side had to be done separately to avoid tearing the remaining tab. This left the cardboard showing creases where excess pressure was put. However one the optional back is put on all this is hidden and the customer would just see a very good quality item. We will be putting the back board on as a standard item, the canvass looks and feels a 100% better for it. The tab issue will not stop us buying this item and we have given a 100% honest opinion, and this is only meant to be constructive criticism.”
