“I was able to find my part that i needed and at a good price which i was very satisfied about and the item was quickly processed to be shipped. But when provided the tracking number and looking it up through royal mail it shows that my item is not eligible for tracking details which is very infuriating especially since my order was an international order.”

“Very good service - only comment is that although stating that there will be weekly updates for items on order but not in stock, this did not materialise. I had to follow up myself. Also, it wasn't clear that ABS suspension arms would be OK for non-ABS - it would have meant I could have had my items 5 months earlier! However, service to resolve the situation ultimately was very good and efficacious. Thank you”

“Great quality product, quick delivery. Could have had better installation instructions, but youtube came to the rescue ;-). Softtop is a very tight fit, but hopefulle it will stretch over time. (two man job to close it, that's how tight it is)”

“Always a decent service and good product knowledge etc however one slight criticism I would say is it’s always a bit slow the delivery , last lot took a week to get to me , if you can work improving that be perfect 👍”

“An really excellent company to deal with, with very fast deliveries, of Mazda specific items. My only complaint, and its a very small one, is that having spend a considerable sum of money with them over the past few years, they are reluctant to give me any discounts, when asked for, otherwise their an outstanding company to deal with.”

“The parts were as expected, it was just unfortunate that I ordered the parts on a day when they had a 10% discount going on and the Easter break, which apparently flooded their order system, so the parts weren't dispatched as advertised on the next working day. It was unfortunate that our MX5 RF was stuck with a window down for longer than expected in rainy weather and mo garage! But still happy to use this company.”

“Ordered online and the website during payment redirected me back to the website from paying. Not sure if it was an MX5 parts glitch or my bank which failed but my order was processed and an email sent saying it was all OK. Then the order auto cancelled with no explanation the following day. I called them and they explained the card hadn't been authorised and they then did it over the phone for me. Delivery was fast. I'd say the non genuine NC air and oil filters are on the cheaper side so I'd go with a branded or genuine next time.”

“I’ve been using MX5parts now for a while and never had an issue. Parts fit well and arrive very quickly. The centre console lid I ordered recently however is too big and does not fit despite ordering for the same NC 2006 model all the time. Disappointing.”

“Great selection of genuine Mazda parts for my MX5 and the pricing is fair - my only issue is with the individual charges for the P&P. Ordered 2 items from MX5parts, a service kit plus postage and packing - and a boot mat plus postage and packing.. Both arrived safely in the same box ?”

“when parcelforce deposited my order at a local post office without notifying me, I emailed MX5parts to enquire resituation and within one hour I had a reply identifying the exact whereabouts of my order. I have purchased items from MX5parts in the past and they have always given excellent service”
