“Good quick service. Much appreciated. But please try to use some deliverer other than Royal Mail who are useless . Ist class post from you to a London address, 9 days and still not arrived.”

“In general, service is pretty good. Some items are a little overpriced but I appreciate some are niche and therefore command a high price. However when attending the MX5 owners club meet earlier this month, I was looking for a specific item, asked one of your staff and was told “ if you can’t see it, it’s not available” how very helpful I thought. Was going to buy a major item worth £300+ too but went elsewhere.”

“Parts were as expect, good quality, only took a few days to arrive which was good. The only thing I’d look in to, is on both my seperate orders I placed I was unable to track where my delivery was and what day it was coming with Royal Mail. This meant that I just had to sit and wait patiently hoping it came in everyday :) other than that, solid service thank you. Order a camshaft cover sill and 3 bolts for the camshaft.”

“Normally great service and despatch times but recently ordered parts received notification of order then order cancelled with no explanation. Then a few days later I received the original order Annoyingly I had sourced the part elsewhere then my original order turns up which means I payed twice. I'll an order is cancelled please state why and let people know it's on back order or whatever. In my book cancelled means End of contract and go elsewhere for service and not have it reinstated without correspondence. Like I said initially Mx5 Parts are Normally spot on .”

“Greta help from the team deciphering which thermostat I required. Same Day Despatch, Monday, but through Royal Mail, it still didn`t arrive until Friday!. Not sure if there is a quicker despatch method, But I was desperate for the part, as I was going on Holiday on Saturday.”

“Very quick delivery, good communication and competitive price, also good response to questions. My only suggestion to award five stars would be to have the Mazda part numbers listed on the website, or alternatively some dimensions. This would help when buying OEM suspension nuts and bolts.”

“Hi, bought a pair of floor mats for my wife's mk 2.5 MX5. They came very quickly and are very good and the tailored fit is excellent. My only negative is that they are of fairly light quality, I expected them to be a little thicker and heavier quality, other than that, they do the job and look very good.”
