“Ordered several items recently and quality/delivery was good but the last item I ordered was sent without postage which I had to pay to get delivery. When I chased delivery I was just given the tracking references - if they’d bothered to check themselves they’d have seen the parcel was never received by the carrier!”

“Usually good place to get mazda specific parts. Unfortunately did not have the specific oils I wanted. Engine out of stock and mazda gearbox oil not listed. Service good.”

“Good price and helpful service. It would have been even better had it been clear that suspension arms for ABS break systems are also compatible with non-ABS. I wouldn't have had to wait months for items to be in stock. Be good if you could make this clear for future customers”

“Purchased flexy brake lines kit for my ND and figured that i would need some new copper washers as well because the kit did not show any as part of the kit, to my dismay when the kit arrived it included the washers and i could have saved about £12 if mx5 parts had been a bit more upfront and told me i wouldnt need them, alas i think sales volume is king not customer service with mx5parts. The kit itself was fine but a challenge to fit correctly as the flexi lines need fitting in an exact orientation to ensure the job is done safely, I found that fitting the body coupling first then work your way to the calyper worked the best.”
