“Ordered online and the website during payment redirected me back to the website from paying. Not sure if it was an MX5 parts glitch or my bank which failed but my order was processed and an email sent saying it was all OK. Then the order auto cancelled with no explanation the following day. I called them and they explained the card hadn't been authorised and they then did it over the phone for me. Delivery was fast. I'd say the non genuine NC air and oil filters are on the cheaper side so I'd go with a branded or genuine next time.”

“I’ve been using MX5parts now for a while and never had an issue. Parts fit well and arrive very quickly. The centre console lid I ordered recently however is too big and does not fit despite ordering for the same NC 2006 model all the time. Disappointing.”

“Great selection of genuine Mazda parts for my MX5 and the pricing is fair - my only issue is with the individual charges for the P&P. Ordered 2 items from MX5parts, a service kit plus postage and packing - and a boot mat plus postage and packing.. Both arrived safely in the same box ?”

“when parcelforce deposited my order at a local post office without notifying me, I emailed MX5parts to enquire resituation and within one hour I had a reply identifying the exact whereabouts of my order. I have purchased items from MX5parts in the past and they have always given excellent service”

“Rather a long wait for the part I ordered? I do understand that shipping takes a longer time these days, but my part was very small and light in weight (the gear change legend), and as such could it not been posted to me from the Far East, albeit at a slight higher cost?”

“Great service and fast dispatch indeed. But with not tracking code I don't feel comfortable to be honest. I would rather pay more and monitor the shipment rather than waiting -I don't know until when, to receive the package. Besides this, as always one of the best marketplace.”

“Pros: - Good pricing - Variety of products - Great packaging, product arrived safe and sound - Order was dispatched in 4 days (earlier than the suggested 7-10 days) Cons: - Communication was limited after ordering - I prefer more emails notifying dispatch, expected date of delivery, easy access to tracking etc”
