Part still not received and assumed lost on the post. Been told to wait another week to see if it turns up. Car is off the road until a resolution is made. Not impressed!

Not a good start to my relationship with buying parts from MX5 parts. Received with both factory seals opened and a part missing, spring washer. Hopefully, future orders will not be the same.

The website said things were in stock that were not. Blamed me for THEM NOT seeing an email I sent with my order requesting special delivery requirements - super complex, leave behind the gate! A member of staff denied they had received the email sent immediately after my order was placed to their ‘orders@‘ address (even when it was forwarded to him). He refused to acknowledge that I had made them aware we had specific delivery needs and blamed me for not letting them know when we confirmed they could ship the order Linus what wasn’t in stock. The other company that had the things these guys didn’t have in stock had a special delivery facility on their order form. Easy. Happened. No problem. Second time I’ve had issue out of 2 orders. 100% consistency. Never again. Mistakes and out of stock happens. Arrogance doesn’t.

Ordered parts, despite very clear instructions and note on front door delivery failed twice. Very belligerent and unacceptable customer service response.

I m really sorry to have to say the following. But my experience with mx5 parts was not good. I ordered parts that were shown as being in stock, but later turned out not to be. I phoned to try and work out what the best plan was, when the out of stock parts would come in, arrangements for delivery etc. The customer service was unhelpful and left me feeling like I was a pain to the staff. I will investigate alternative suppliers for the future.

Your site promised 3-5 days delivery. You send my package on 21st and I don’t have any information about it after 23rd when it left the UK. I dont know when I can get it.

The parts you provide are excellent quality but delivery service is very poor. On 2 separate occasions orders have turned up very late. The first order took over 10 days to arrive and the second (stated 1-2 working days delivery) still, as of 31st December 2022, has not arrived after 4 working days!

Hi Clifford We apologise that your orders have taken longer than expected to arrive, the order that took 10 days to arrive was unfortunately down to the Royal Mail strikes and Christmas Bank Holiday days. Your second order was gratefully received and disptached on Thursday 29th December using a courier service, but again due to the New Year's bank holiday days wasn't delivered until the 3rd of Jan. We apologise for any inconvenience that later than expected arrival of your orders has caused, however, we hope you can appreciate with various strike actions and the bank holidays the timescales were out of our control. Website & ordering very good, email saying dispatched 29th Nov and yet here we are 9th December still waiting for deliver ( Not Very Good !! ) let's hope it arrives before Xmas as someone isn't going to be very happy.

Thank you for asking my experience of my last purchase, order. 3313055 from item Front Bumper Top Seal, Mazda MX5 Mk1, I have been a client of yours for a long time, and always to my complete satisfaction. But this time, I have lacked complementary information on the assembly, the necessary holes to make for the assembly and the need to have clips ref. OM NA0156145, to be adapted in a NA year 1990. I suggest offering this info. Well, it can help other potential buyers. Other providers, if they offer it. I take this opportunity to tell you, that to this day, I still have not received the article, I understand that it is not your fault. I suggest checking your shipping channels. And to be able to report the shipping ref, traking follow-up

I recently purchased an outside car cover for my MX5 NC. Unfortunately, the cover has no tie down points to secure the cover to the wheels, or car tow point, or belly band with clip. In higher winds, the cover tends to get blown off as the elasticated skirt is not sufficient to hold the cover in place. I now have to wrap cord around the outside of the cover, and car, to secure it.

Before you were good, but in the last three orders you put down your standards dramatically. in time and in service, last order took 2 weeks to be delivered, is the second time I ordered, because, the first one didn't match, and it was easier and "faster" just to order a new one. I am a customer for more than 5 years, and I think is sad to say I need to search for a new provider. do you behave in this way because I am a small customer?

Your most recent order that was within the last 2 weeks has been shipped to you via Royal Mail, however deliveries to Austria post-Brexit do now, unfortunately, take longer, and also we are also currently experiencing strike action by the Royal Mail which is further adding to the shipping times.
