“Top notch service. Popped in to try a Yamaha Transacoustic guitar. Decided to buy there and then, but the action was a bit high. A set up to my preference was done for free...I expected to have to pick it up another day, but it was done the same afternoon while I met up with a friend! First time I've bought from music street, but certainly not the last.”

I'm sorry Evri hadn't delivered your strap Emma, they can only print the label with the information you enter at time of order and looking back at the order we can see that the house number was ommited on shipping address. we have since sent a replacement to the billing address so hoping you receive this in time for christmas, couriers are also an extreme amount of pressure this time of year as i\m sure you can appreciate
