“It's always a good sign when you go to a guitar shop and try out a few instruments, across a range of budgets and ALL of them are well set up. I bought one, and a replacement pickup for it which they were happy to solder in FOC. While the strings were off, without having to be asked, they did a fret polish and again optimised the setup exactly to my tastes. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and attentive but were never pushy or bothersome. Exactly what the customer experience should be in a guitar store. Price I paid was competitive too.”
