“Company seem reputable and are polite with good response times for comms. Shipping costs need a review as I had to an extra pay £7.50 shipping for two guitar straps and when parcel arrived postal cost was only £3.70. Update - company refunded the additional postage without even asking! Very pleasantly surprised. Items were as described.”

Hi Jason, our aim is customer satisfaction so I'm not sure how this one slipped the net, it of course should have gone via courier this time of year to guarantee delivery and we dont profit from the shipping charge. I've refunded the £4, apologies it took 4 days to get to you via Royal Mail.
