“I purchased two items for my Sister’s 40th birthday, and they were dispatched quickly and beautifully presented. Unfortunately I’d ordered gold and not silver, but Muru exchanged them no questions asked and refunded the difference. Exceptional service, couldn’t have asked for better. Made a difficult time a little brighter too, as my sister is currently quite unwell and the gifts and quick and caring customer service brightened her day.”

“A gift for my Granddaughters 18th birthday. I was so pleased with the gift and it was beautifully wrapped in a gift bag and the handwritten gift card with my sentiments made me cry. It was beyond expectations. My Granddaughter was equally thrilled and said she’ll treasure it. Thank you Muru team”
