Looks and feels cheap. Wouldn't recommend. The box it came in was nice though.

Was originally sent 2 different size earrings then sent one to make a pair but now have 1 odd small hoop. I'm not a pirate why after your mistake you didn't send me 1 of each I don't know, was intending on doing alot of my Xmas shopping here but after this no way

I wanted to return a choker I had bought as it was too short and very flimsy. I emailed the owner and asked for a return label. I was told I had to pay for my own packaging as they did not provide anything. Now I think that if you want to be in a competitive market and provide nonexistent service.. maybe you should not be in the industry you are trying to be in.

Hi Gokhan, It is disappointing to see you left negative reviews for us when the address was entered incorrectly at the point of order and not corrected before we despatched this item. We've been in constant communication since your first message to us and we have let you know the next steps. The tracking states this order is on it's way back to us, when it arrives we will refund this as soon as we receive it but I'm afraid we cannot speed up the delivery process as Royal Mail do not prioritise returning undelivered mail. Love the style and design, great length. But the quality of the silver let the necklace down, it’s dull and looks tarnished, looks as though it’s not real silver even though it is. Very disappointed

I felt the silver was dark and the baubles were smaller than I thought they’d be. If I could have found the packaging I would have returned it. Very disappointed for the price.

Bought a beaded necklace with lotus flower as a present. NOT STERLING SILVER and doesn’t look like in the photo. Necklace looks like metal made to look like sterling silver - dark, dull and cheap. I have lots of silver jewellery all bright nice silver. Maybe for someone who doesn’t know the different it’s fine but this is awful! Will be returning!!

Hi Natalia, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can assure you that all of our jewellery is crafted in sterling silver. The reason it may look a little different from other pieces you have is that we use a rhodium coating on the sterling silver. Rhodium is a member of the platinum metal group (the most valuable metal in the world), so it's more scratch-resistant and does not tarnish. Rhodium-plated sterling silver has more longevity and it's perfect for everyday wear. Hope this clears things up!
