“I ordered a gift for a birthday present. When it arrived I had been sent the wrong item. By the time the new item arrived, the birthday had been and gone as it was the bank holiday weekend. Very disappointed.”

“Second chain I've bought which has snapped within a couple of weeks. First was a gift and this is the replacement I had to buy.”

“I bought this necklace for my fiancé and within 1 year the chain snapped twice they sent a replacement the first time but considering I paid about £90 for it at the time I would expect it not to break at all so wouldn't recommend”

We try to make the dimensions of the padlock clear by including multiple images of the padlock on a model and mentioning the dimensions at the start of the product description (Pendant: 9mm x 13mm, Belcher Chain Width: 1mm). “Just purchased the star choker for a friend’s birthday. The necklace looks beautiful but the chain is too short to fit around the neck, and there is no option of adjusting the length. I understand that it is a choker style but it was so tight that it was uncomfortable.”
