“Necklace delivered early, with messages as requested, of good quality and just like the picture. Only one suggestion, which is to offer the chain in different lengths (it’s 14”, where 15” or 18” may be a better fit on adult necks).”

“Ive been disappointed after purchasing jewellery online in the past, so I was apprehensive to do it again. But I am really pleased with my purchase. Good quality, bright clean sterling silver, and beautiful chain. Arrived quickly, in a proper little jewellery box, and beautifully gift wrapped and 15% off my next purchase. “Muru's customer service is exceptional! My husband bought me a necklace for my birthday but he did not know that I wanted a silver swallow necklace not a gold one. I emailed Muru and Ruby answered so fast! She helped me with the exchange process and it went very smoothly. I received my new silver swallow necklace almost the next day after I have returned it! I absolutely love it and I plan to buy so much more of their products! :)”
