“Disappointed as the engraving is not central to the charm so looks silly. Also, whilst I knew the M would be small, the engraving is very shallow so it's not very clear”

“Lovely necklace very pleased but what really topped it was I accidentally ordered two so I spoke to customer services.The issue that was my fault entirely was dealt with by Ellie who was incredibly helpful,knowledgeable and friendly.”

“delivery and customer service was excellent and super fast. i got the beaded chain moon necklace. its packaged very well. only complaints i have is that the quality of the necklace does feel quite cheap however i suppose it will be durable and wear well and the necklace seems slightly smaller than the image. in honesty for £62 i was expecting better quality”
