“Muru were excellent. I ordered a pair of earrings which arrived promptly and packaged in a really nice gift box. However these were not exactly what I was looking for. I spoke to Ellie who was absolutely brilliant and told me what I needed to do in order to get the desired earrings. They kept in touch effectively and now just awaiting the replacement earrings. Well done Muru in particular Ellie.”
