“Will never buy anything from Mulberry Bush again. Not satisfied with one product and customer service was poor. Very patronising approach”

Helpful Report

As per our email communication, we are sorry you are disappointed and you felt we were patronising. We have explained to you on multiple occasions why the personalised item you received is not faulty. You may not be happy with it but the item is as advertised and is not faulty. Describing our customer service as poor just because you haven’t got your way is inaccurate and bluntly not fair. We have gone out of our way to listen to your concern and explain the situation. We are sorry that you feel this was poor customer service.
