“I bought sets of personalised pencils as Christmas presents. One box contained HB pencils, but I had ordered colouring pencils. Customer service was wonderful and gave me the correct pencils within a few days. The products were of a high standard and I am sure that the children will be pleased with them. Thank you.”

“When my parcel did not arrive on the expected day Mulberry chased the couriers. The expected delivery did not materialise after many phone calls. They then sent a new parcel with a different courier which arrived when expected. Excellent service. The original parcel eventually arrived, approx 6 days late and in a damaged box and was returned to Mulberry Bush. Not many firms would be so obliging, can not praise them enough.”

“The toys I received look good. However I specifically paid for a 24 hour delivery. Parcel Force failed to deliver on time and what’s worse delivered on the day I said was going away despite telling you that they wouldn’t. I’d like a refund for the 24 hour delivery which you should claim from Parcel force.”
