Dear Customer, thanks for your review, sorry to hear you were disappointed. On your order you selected and paid for Standard Delivery, you did not select Next Day Delivery. In the run up to Christmas we do advise delivery leadtimes of around a week for our standard delivery service. Please check your Order Acknowledgement email from us which will show the Standard Delivery option that you selected, but do contact us if we can be of any further assistance. Thanks, Mulberry Bush
