“This sofa is really nice quality. The premium leather is nice and soft. The cushions are very firm at first but loosen up after a couple weeks of use. The adjustable headrests use a nice solid mechanism, much better than one I saw at a well known permanently discounted high street store. I had a problem with one of the chrome feet under the couch cracking Msofas ordered the part, came and fitted it without any hassles. I was kept informed about delivery every step of the way. The sofa was delivered within their estimated time. I was called to confirm delivery times and two friendly and helpful guys came and delivered the sofa to the room of my choice. The sofa was unpacked, I was shown how it all works and the packaging removed. I was a bit apprehensive about using Msofas at first but their professionalism and excellant customer service put me at ease. There is no call centre here or calls being held in a queue you will speak directly to a member of staff who will help u straight away.”

“My husband and I are were happy about the service. From the moment we ordered (actually even before that as we were discussing options over the phone), till the moment of delivery. Sofa was delivered right on time and 2 gentlemen who delivered the sofa were very kind and helpful - even helped with our old sofa that needed to be carried upstairs. So big thanks to Kamil and Dawid - not sure if i got the names right. Overall experience was briliant and I would recommend this company to everyone!”

“Fantastic corner sofa bed. Fast delivery, efficient service. Communication excellent. Was so pleased with the quality. Normally when you order with other companies you have to wait weeks. Everyone has asked me where my furniture came from. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Would use The Msofas again. Even the delivery men took their shoes off!”

“This is exactly what I wanted! Service in the showroom was friendly, courteous but not at all pushy.The communication between Msofas and I was fab. Delivered by the most amazing delivery mens ever - even took their shoes off whilst carrying heavy bits upstairs . Excellent quality !! I will recomend to everyone”

“I'm so pleased with my Lumina sofa purchase. The quality is good and it is so comfortable. I was concern to order such a chunky product online but I'm happy I've decided to go for it. I would definitely recommend. And it looks great. Just love it. Only minus is that the delivery men had to be told to assemble it. This was their part of the job so they should do it without being asked. Apart from that all the service was great, especially from Monika that was so helpful with all my questions. Thank you very much.”

“I purchased the monza sofa in orion stain resistance fabric colour 22 and I still can't believe how amazing it is. The look of the fabric is superb along with the quality,and the feel it gives you when you lay on it is just so cosy and relaxing,incredibly spacious and comfy too. The guys who came to install it where on time and very quick to assemble it,they also showed me how to make it into sofa bed,wich is incredibly easy! I really reccomend having business with this company. Jacopo.”

“This is a good quality reasonably priced sofa with a really good sofabed function. The delivery men were excellent and brought it up to my 1st floor flat, put it all together very quickly and made sure it was in the right place. It's very large, and also really heavy, which means it is quite hard to move about. Because of the way the sofabed works, it also means you can't have it flush against the wall. It is also very firm, and the back is a bit low so it's not the most comfortable sofa ever, but for the price and the quality I'm happy with it. Many thanks.”
