“This is a difficult review..l have taken a couple of weeks to summarize my view .....design is great...the quality of build and manufacture great.....but comfort ?!!..hard as rock..l can't even imagine why the supplier would think this a sofa anyone could relax on..maybe the super high density foam that used against board and not sprung in anyway may soften in a year or two !!! I suppose l will have to wait and see..”

“Fast delivery, all unpacked, waste taken away and would have put together sofa for free, however wrong box of fitting supplied, drivers quickly reported issue, unfortunately reported as missing legs, so box or of legs sent to me, when I reported it was whole set of fixings missing, and that I had people staying on thus sofa bed in 2 days, a lovely lady sorted out quickly and at her own expense of posting. So whilst I experienced some hassle, the lady (suzanna) getting it sorted was fantastic. Sofa is high quality and overall very happy with my purchase.”

“Na samym początku chciałam zwrócić uwagę na wspaniały kontakt z klientem, naprawdę profesjonalne wytłumaczenia różnic w wyborze materiałów i dyspozycyjność customer service. Sofa, która zamówiliśmy jest przewspaniała, bardzo wygodna i solidnie wykonana. Jakość materiałów jest wysoka i w mojej ocenie jest to jeden z najlepszych moich zakupów. “Bad experience with this company and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Need to be really extra careful before you buy something from this company. Please read all the terms and conditions. The very first of all I purchased has been advertised as sofa bed. The sofa bed wouldn’t even fit my 8 year old son. Rang them they said if we want to return it have to pay £100 for the collection or buy another one and will have to pay for the new one an extra £100 delivery and the collection will happen for free. So yes we’ve chosen another one and agreed to pay the additional £150 plus £100 for delivery. We’ve had that delivered today and shocking wouldn’t be able to fit it through the door and the guys said I’m afraid we’re gonna charge you additional £30 for dismantling the sofa. They literally unscrewed two screws and did change us an extra £30. Not happy at all. Did wait over a month for the new sofa to turn up though”
