“All seemed good and well until a problem came up with the sofa and then it was a longwinded process to get stuff fixed. They did it but the last time that the sofa got fixed it came up worse for wear but no point arguing over it now. Generally nice people but just a little disappointed with my own experience”

“Nice and good quality sofa, the only reason I give it only 4 stars is because you get no estimated delivery time when you place the order so you just wait, tried live chat weeks later and still couldn't get an update on my order”

“Great size , easy to assemble but.. I wish I could touch and see all the materials samples for sofa as I choose wrong material for environment with pets .. after 3 months is already scratched and material looks like used and old.”
