“Only criticism would be the the waiting area was cold. As I was waiting whilst mot was carried out, I had to keep walking around to try and warm up. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Jason was happy to explain what was happening at different stages whilst I was viewing (and initially getting concerned about the 'throwing' around of my car on the rollers. Used for past 2years for both cars and would thoroughly recommend. (taking a hot water bottle next time ;-) )”

My young daughter and I were able to walk to Asda and were advised we would receive a phone call if the car was ready before we got back. “seriously easy to book and pay gor online getting a great deal. I was warmly greeted by a lively gentleman aT crayford. Told me it would be about an hour and I could go grab a coffee if I wanted and he'd call me when done. 40-45 mins later he was ringing to say it was done! And it had passed! Great service.
