“I took my car in the night prior to the Service, my car was kept for the whole day and I finally picked it up at 5.30 pm. I was not contacted at all to say the car would not even been looked at until late afternoon, I was unaware until I called at 2.30 pm to be told it still has not been serviced. Had I known I would have not have taken it in until early afternoon. Also when my husband called the receptionist was very rude!
I was not happy about the oil extra expense or the spark plugs which I had no idea were platinum.
I will not be returning to Mr Clutch.”
