“I took my car to the Croydon branch on 25th September. I had booked my car in to another garage for its MOT, however it had failed on the disc pads and a number of other items.. I felt the 1st garage were being dishonest as they quoted 480 to fix everything!
So, I took the car to Mr Clutch and explained the situation with Adam. He was very helpful and got his mechanic Rob to look at the car. He confirmed I needed new tyres however confirmed what I had thought my disc pads were a bit worn but not a reason to fail my MOT as they weren't cracked or extremely damaged. They fixed my disc pads for 129.99 compared to the 280 I was quoted at the alternative garage. Mr Clutch ordered in the part quickly and had the car fixed and MOT worthy in 90 mins. I was extremely pleased. They explained what work was required so I understood what was needed to repair my car. Their customer service was excellent - Thank you!!”
