Jason and his team always go above and beyond what is expected and I appreciate that they take the time to explain what they have found wrong with the car, my options and they always try the simplest, cheapest options first. They are very reliable and honest which is important as I have been to other main dealer servicing in the past and could tell that they were obviously just trying to make money out of my misery, which is never the case with Mr Clutch MK.

“Great "Mr Clutch Experience" received from easy to navigate online, plenty of parking, friendly warm welcome, estimated time of completion and a thank your for my custom as I was handed the handover folder.
Whilst there I commented on the excellent facilities and if hopefully you will not mind some suggestions to improve even more and these would be some added "Motoring" posters on the walls (maybe some Mr Clutch history ones?), some reading material in the waiting area, a bin to put rubbish and where you are tucked behind the showroom and therefore appear to be a secret waiting to be discovered, seeing if you can have more on the main road entrance presence with some added marketing with the headline prices for some of the popular work you do.

“I recently had my Ford Kuga MOT tested at Mr Clutch. The tester noticed that the steering rack rubber boot had slipped off. This would would cause an MOT fail. Rather than failing the car he spent a few minutes re-attaching the boot and the car passed. There was no extra labour charge. Previously they have only charged around ten pounds extra for rectifing headlight alignment during an MOT test. It is this kind of excellent service and fairness that keeps me coming back to Mr Clutch. They strictly follow the MOT rules for condition but they are helpful and pleasant and do their best to assist in resolving minor issues.”

“After a advanced driving test the examiner told me that my clutch was slipping so I got a few quotes off local mechanics and big firms and Mr clutch was the cheapest by about £100.
I called Mr clutch and asked to have my clutch looked at and I was fitted in the next day, and I told the man at the desk I work afternoon and he said if I drop it off first thing He can have it ready by 12 noon!(and He did)
