“Great service, whilst waiting for my MOT to be done on the 24th July 2025 at 2.30pm I was in the waiting room and the Manager was one of the most polite and professional mechanics I have listened too. His customer service was a credit to the company as various people came in and collected their vehicles or arranged for repairs.”

“Absolutely the worst - No customer care - Total Rip off Merchants - Imagine it took the Customer to show them where the problem was. Upsell you for repairs that were not required. They leave you stranded, and their other branches no interested in helping. Just a pity I can't do a Munis 5 Star to truly reflect the type of Company MR Clutch is.”
