“Professional, friendly, prompt. We were recommended Mr Clutch by a work colleague who said his dad has been going for years and so has the rest of the family. We're first time car owners and we've dropped by - twice - to ask them to check over our clutch and then our tyres on another occasion and other than advice that some parts may require replacement soon, they did not push for us to pay for any service or replacements. We've had our MOT completed today within 45 minutes and we've booked in our service with them for the weekend - they will have a long term customer in us and we'll be happy to recommend them to anyone.”
“After searching for a cheap M.O.T. I ended up booking with Mr Clutch (Leyton). On arrival I was dealt with quickly by a friendly guy at the desk. I returned to collect the car and noticed the mechanic still working, he spoke to me about a small issue and was super helpful. I'd paid online so collected my certificate and left. “I recently visited Mr Clutch Chingford for Bronz service, Mot and break oil change, Before going to the garage usually I check lights, horn, tyres, wipers, etc. but I didn't see any thing wrong, When I receive the bill I was told to pay £12.24 for changing 4 bulbs. May be i didn't see one or two but four?. Any way so far I had no time to check engine oil and break oil to whether it has been changed or not.”
